“The room I had booked was not available (no balcony as described), but the receptionist gave us this room without balcony for free. A+ customer service.
The hotel is close to the monastery that I recommend visiting. ”

“This is the perfect place to stay for a family! The hotel is just outside of Maçka town on the road to the Sumela monastery.
We had a 1 bedroom +1 salon room. There is a kitchnette, mini fridge and washer (which has a dual drying system). Everything was fabulous!
The staff was kind and quick to respond to any request. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was great too if you need an easy option near the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again if we every pass through Trabzon again!”

“Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. The hotel is perched on the side of a beautiful mountain and just minutes from Sumela Monastery. The room and facilities were incredibly comfortable and super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I hope to stay here again soon.”
