Arrivals & Check-in

Summary: The bedroom was really disappointing - for £260 for 2 nights I expected more. It looked like a student bedroom - very basic furnishings, a small double bed, a bathroom radiator that wouldn’t switch off or turn down - we turned it down to 0, still red hot. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed so we had choose between leaving the window open to let the heat out (and having the door clatter back and forth) or closing the window and letting the heat in.
What we saw of the pub itself we liked, breakfast was ok (apart from having to decide the night before!) and dinner at the Maharaja was delicious and it reasonably priced.
