Positive: I learned that VVF is a French non-profit organisation founded in the sixties with the purpose to provide affordable holiday accommodation to families. Therefore the focus is on simplicity and affordability.
Negative: The building is from the seventies and has not got any update ever since, so
- the heating cannot be properly controlled. When I arrived from a long hike in the rain I would have liked to dry my wet clothes—but the heating was off.
- there is a very noisy ventilation in the kitchen and toilet running all the night. Next morning the person at the reception told me I could have switched off the fuse….
