“Clean looking room, spacious, felt up to date.
The negatives – despite non smoking room it stunk of cigarettes, had to open balcony doors – not ideal in February.
Secondly, when arrived staff tried to say we had booking for two single twin rooms, despite clearly booking stating twin DOUBLE rooms – So either they are lying at the point of booking or staff at check-in are lying . Eitherway not what expect from this tier of hotel and left a sour taste in the mouth before holiday has started.

“The rooms smell of cigarette smoke, we asked for a move and the second room also had this smell, the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time and it made me think how long have the sofa cushions not been cleaned for. The service at reception is good, thereafter i dont think it upto W standard, they wont make any cocktails not on the cocktail list and the ones on the list arent nice.”
