In the quiet neighborhood of Streatham is my cosy yet modern 1-bedroom house that’s perfect for 2. It provides complete amenities and is within walking distance of the Streatham High Rd where guests can find a wide variety of food & retail establishments to explore. And while there are numerous buses to take guests where they want to go, the quickest way to get around the city is via the Streatham Station trains.
SPACE
My house is very pretty, cozy and in excellent conditions. It is a one bedroom semi-detached property on a split-level and it is located in quite a residential area (in a cul de sac alley). The house has a reception room, semi-open plan fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and modern bathroom and a little garden. Close to local amenities include a variety of cafe restaurant along Streatham High Road ( 5 minutes walk), supermarkets (nearest 7 minutes walk), and a cinema. Very well connected to central London through several buses routes and trains to underground connections.

THE NEIGHBOURING
The apartment is situated in the heart of Streatham, and will be an ideal home away from home for your trip to London. The neighbours are really nice and respectful people and for this reason, I would appreciate guests who follow the same rules of respect and courtesy towards people.
Nearby attractions include Crystal Palace Museum and Horniman Museum and Gardens, as well as green spaces like Tooting Bec Common, and Streatham Common.
GETTING AROUND
My house is very well connected to central London through several buses routes and trains to underground connections. It takes 10 minutes to walk from Streatham High Road to my house, and traveling by bus in the area is easy.
Streatham train station is at 6 minutes walk, and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house, where you can catch the 333 bus to get to Brixton in 25 minutes, 57 bus to Clapham Park/ Wimbledon (additional buses to Brixton are: 109/118/250 at 6 minutes walk). From Brixton, you can catch the Victoria Line underground, change for the Northern Line underground or District towards South Kensington.
159 bus runs directly from Streatham to Oxford Circus and 133 bus takes you to Liverpool Street.
The nearest Tube station is Tooting Bec, you can take 249/ 319 buses ( 6 minutes walk from my house) to reach it.
There are three trains stations in my area. Streatham train station is at 6 minutes walk from my house. There you can get the train to City Thameslink to arrive at St Paul Cathedral in 24 minutes. Streatham Hill train station is at 21 minutes walk from my house to get to Victoria station in 21 minutes.
From Victoria train station you can get to Gatwick airport in approx. 30 mins, or take National Express Coach from Streatham High Road to Gatwick approx 60 mins.
