The room was far more spacious than I anticipated. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the long desk/vanity area that made up for the small, yet nice and updated, bathroom. The location was excellent for seeing the Michigan Avenue area. Walkable to shopping, lake front, and restaurants.
Negative:
The only two suggestions are to improve the lighting-there was not an overhead light and the lamps were not sufficient. Also, there was no luggage rack. I expected to find one in the closet and wondered if most of the rooms have one, but ours was an oversight.

Was very clean and the building was very nice. In general, we received a very professional treatment.
Negative:
The room we had was very small and basic. I’ve paid 415 for night, and with that cost you expect very nice conditions.
Summary: Nice hotel, but $415 for 1 night you expect better conditions.
