Warwick Denver  |  Hotel in Uptown

Upon arrival the valet area was full of cars and not a driver in sight. Finally we decided to park in the open lot behind the hotel. Afterwards we discovered that the Chevy Silverado was too tall for the valet garage anyway so no choice but to park in the open. As I got out of the truck to check in while my husband parked there was dog poop in the grass. Not the hotels fault but they need to be keeping up with the maintenance. The inside was nice and I was grateful that it looked classy. They upgraded us to a suite and it smelled good and was clean. The hallway carpet had several areas that needed vacuuming. It could be because the carpets are dark so everything shows in dark carpet. The pool is small and the water was cloudy and not as clean as I wanted. It was packed so we didn’t spend as much time at the pool as I would have liked . We had breakfast in the room and it was good although my French toast was cold. I know French toast isn’t going to stay hot long so I can’t complain about that, I should have ordered the steel cut oatmeal. All told it was a pleasant experience. I probably won’t be back though. My next stay will be at the Rally in Denver. You get what you pay for for sure.

Good view on the rooftop pool but small, crowded, water is cold and the bar is never open. Still, roof top pool is pretty good. Rooms are spacious, but seem dated and a little run down. Surrounding area is gross and sketchy, but nothing the hotel can do about that. Next time I’ll probably stay outside of downtown and suffer the travel into the city.

The rooftop pool was amazing! The bartenders were excellent! My wife and I were there for the weekend and had a great time.

Great room for the price with a fantastic rooftop pool. Staff was not the friendliest. They gave us one drink coupon per room, but there were two of us, when we asked for a second ticket they said no. We were also not able to get a late checkout, which is understandable, but they weren’t very kind about it when I made the request. Otherwise the experience was good!

This hotel is amazing. We stayed here after a night out downtown. Everything from the staff to the room to the rooftops pool were amazing!

It’s a nice space but the rug had stains on it in the living room area. Also there is a parking lot next to them that you’d think is their lot, but it isn’t and it’s a hassle to get back into that lot without a car to activate the gate entry, but it’s half the price of the uncovered hotel lot. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is nice, it’s just the rooms need some sprucing up to really be the luxury hotel they’re going for. The area is walkable in the day, but can feel sketchy at times if you’re a single traveler. There is always a doorman out front so if you smoke you’re not outside completely alone.

What a great choice of our 4 days and 3 nights in Denver! Easy to walk to the Arts/Capitol District, interesting retail and over to 16th to get on the Downtown circulator bus to North of Union Station! Lovely suite with cool views, easy neighborhood street parking too!

Nice spot, good restaurant onsite, elevators are a bit slow at times but I will definitely be back.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe low 3. The hotel is very outdated. There’s construction across the street that starts at 6:30/7 am. The sheets in our room had weird coffee rings on them. The lamps were filthy. There’s stains on the carpet. The room is dark. The rooftop pool was gross (the windows were extremely dirty - it was hard to watch the fireworks from there). We’re only given soap (no lotion so pack accordingly). We received early check-in but I regret paying the extra $50. It should’ve been free with how dirty the room was. Also our TV didn’t work and maintenance had to come in and fix it. One of the phones doesn’t work either. Tried this hotel because it was a boutique and different from other luxury hotels we’re familiar with but there was nothing luxurious about this hotel. Huge let down (catfished from the pictures). Paid nearly $800 for 3 nights. Would never recommend this location and idk if I would try the other locations. Thank you for the complimentary drinks…it helped. The staff we interacted with were really kind otherwise I’d leave 1 star.
