Arrivals & Check-in
Contactless check-in, practical layout, settle straight in
Summary: This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities.

Summary: This is a very unconventional arrangement for a hotel. It does not even have a reception desk. The owner, who lives remotely, provides entry and room door combinations. Fortunately, he reached me via phone when I was on the road. IMO, however, booking services (e.g., trivago, expedia) need to ascertain that as part of the booking process and forewarn clients of the unconventional nature of this place.
