This luxuriously equipped condo is located on the first floor (street level) of a modern single family home in central, yet quiet location of Feldafing. With a total floor area of nearly 900 sq. ft it easily accommodates a family or group of four.
To make your stay even more comfortable, the place underwent a five-digit $ remodeling in February 2023. The new design concept focuses on highlighting warm wooden tones and bright accents against sober background colors. Following this concept, a new custom-made kitchen was installed and virtually all furnishings were replaced. Look forward to luxurious boxspring bedding, a dining table made of mango wood, designer chairs and acacia garden furniture. More new additions feature night lamps with wireless charging, mood lighting with different customized light scenes in the dining area and a curved 55“ smart TV with free Netflix account. To top it off, upscale Grohe fittings were installed in bathroom and kitchen.
The great room offers more than 400 sq. ft of open living space. If desired, the living area may be divided from the kitchen/dining area through a sliding door. The living room in turn can then be transformed into a second bedroom with two large sofa beds and separate access to the hallway. Both areas are connected to the partially covered 270 sq. ft patio.
Other areas include a master suite with kingsize bed and a comfortable bathroom with built in music player. Additionally there is a private storage room with washer & dryer.
The entire condo is equipped with wooden floors (except bathroom), floor heating, dimmable ceiling spots, electrically controlled window blinds and free wifi. For your privacy and convenience the unit has its own entrance.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave/grill, dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, nespresso machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer and toaster. Pots, pans and dishes are at your disposal.
Sheltered parking for your ride and additional space for bikes & sporting equipment is provided on the property directly by the entrance door. Additional free car parking is available right next to the house.
Crib and highchair are both available and will be provided upon request.
The home was built into a hill slope, resulting in a natural air conditioning effect. Even with high outside air temperatures the interior remains cool and comfortable. The listed amenity ‚air conditioning’ refers to this cooling effect (there‘s no physical a/c unit).
The lakeside village of Feldafing is one of the most prosperous and picturesque communities in the Munich area. Feldafing‘s entire lakefront is public space, which is not a given at Lake Starnberg. Hiking, biking or a refreshing jump into the water - it‘s all at your fingertips. In the summertime you may also take a ferryboat to the ‚Roseninsel‘ (the lake‘s only island) or admit magnificent mansions at Feldafing’s ‚Höhenberg‘ area. Feldafing is also home to one of Europe’s most famous golf courses. It‘s located within the royal Lenné park and offers spectacular views of the lake and the Alps.
