The hotel is beautiful and staff were super helpful. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and the water was nice and hot. Only thing stopping 5 stars was the furniture in the room was very old/dated and they had a 32 inch tv housed in an armoire meant to hold one of those 90’s tube tv’s.
Our stay for a quick girls getaway was great. We loved the hotel. It was super quiet and the amenities were great our only 2 recommendation would be to improve the WiFi. We were not able to login to emails or stream anything on our devices. The hotel was perfect our 2 day venture into Brimfield Market. The town of Southbridge has so much character but could use some more open business and things to do.
Surprisingly roomy well-kept room. No outside noise despite room window views busy street. Had catered meal for family funeral and food was delicious. Interesting history in town and Sturbridge Village.
