Super easy check in process.No air conditioning, fine for March but April thru Oct are going to be awful in that place.No lights in the bedroom other than a couple lamps on bedside tables.No paper towels in the kitchen upon arrival.The pots and pans are definitely the cheapest available.If you pay attention to some of the details, this would be a much better place to stay. It was fine for what it was but, needs a lot to be considered a 'good' vrbo experience.

This is the third time I stayed here. And it's the first time that I had very noisy neighbors - not fun if one wants to be quiet. The walls are thin so probably I was lucky the first times.

The apartment is nice and well maintained except the heater did not work, making for some cold nights. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy mostly due to the adjacent apartments which are separated by a wall. Hosts were easy to deal with. Parking on the street was tight and beware of Tuesday street washing day. I got two parking tickets within a single 3 hour window.

Kitchen was not fully equipped. Missing pans for cooking.Neighborhood noise was excessive and disconcerting.Convenient to buses and local businesses.Close to home of family we were visiting.

Good location, easy check in/check out

The location was great and the house was as described! However the bed was so hard it was actually painful in the morning. There were also some stains on the couch cover and the kitchen knives need to be sharpened. Overall the place was clean but needs a little TLC. Parking in the area is not bad! It’s what you can expect in any metropolitan area. No residential permit required and you can normally get a spot within a block. Just be aware of street sweeping. Mario is not at all responsive! If you need to get into contact with the owner, make sure you go through the VRBO app for David (who was lovely and responsive).

Very clean with everything needed to make breakfast, coffee etc. Excellent location. The provided fan was a life saver when it was a bit warm. If I am ever in the area and need a place to stay - I will absolutely try this again! Thank you!

It has everything you need, is spacious and well-located

I loved it there. Makes you feel at home. Very quiet and had everything I needed. I will stay there again.

Overall, my stay was comfortable, but some rooms did not have lighting, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bath mat seemed worn out.
