We just love the condo. It’s well appointed and a perfect distance from our Son. Sandi is a wonderful host. This will be our 3rd stay and we look forward to going back again and staying.

My husband and I had to travel to Mobile unexpectedly due to a family emergency, so we had to make the booking the day before the trip. Sandi responded immediately, making the trip a little less stressful, for which we are extremely grateful. The property was cozy and charming. I’ve always loved older buildings, because they have more character, and this one certainly fit the bill - original hardwood floors, antique glass door knobs throughout, and curling metalwork balcony railings. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It appeared that it had been refurbished in the recent past. The property is in a historic area of downtown, with huge oak trees full of Spanish moss and beautiful old houses all around. It was a comfortable oasis for us during a very difficult time. There was some traffic noise, since it is directly next to a main road, but I slept better there than I usually do in a hotel, and it was nicer than any hotel we could have gotten for the price. I hope if we need a place to stay in Mobile in the future, we’ll be able to stay here again.

The apartment itself is clean and functional, but it is on a busy road. We had trouble sleeping every night we were there due to the main road traffic. The apartment never got fully dark because of how the location was lit. We received check-in and check-out instructions, but there was no booklet for the duration of our stay e.g. appliance and fan usage (we couldn't get them to work while the lights were off). The price is very affordable, and it is close to an Aldi so you will not have trouble getting groceries. Overall, the location was convenient, and the apartment had most of what we needed, but noise level and old infrastructure made it a bit uncomfortable.

Sandi, who was our contact, was extremely responsive and accommodating, which I appreciated. My Spouse, Daughter & I traveled 7 hours to Mobile Alabama for the wedding of our son. We were notified the day before leaving that a rehearsal dinner was to take place Friday night at 5pm (the day we were set to travel) but check in to the unit was at 4pm. I emailed Sandi and told her about this timing issue and asked if it was possible to check in a bit early so that we would have time to get ready for the dinner and she immediately responded with a "yes"! Again, very responsive & accommodating. The unit, a 1 bed w/ a very comfy pull-out couch was very quaint and clean; it was small but perfect for 3 guests. The main bed, also very comfy, was an adjustable bed! The bath towels were clean and fluffy & everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The unit is in an older building, the floors were original wood floors, glass doorknobs on all the doors and the cutes balcony off of the bedroom. The neighborhood for downtown Mobile was also very nice with beautiful houses all around us. The people we met were also very friendly. The only negatives were the traffic, as the unit sits on Government St., which is a very busy road, but we were so tired by the end of the night that once we got to sleep, we had no problem staying asleep, the ceiling fans didn't stay on unless the lights were on, and the bathroom window didn't lock. I would highly recommend this rental.
