Positive: The property is fabulous , upstairs lounge diner kitchen was a beautiful space , well equipped, every need catered for . Lovely veranda & bird life. The bedrooms downstairs , off the large welcoming hallway . Master en suite was stunning with its king-size bed and lounge area, tv, amazing storage & wardrobes with separate toilet & wet room ,French doors . The 2nd bedroom while a double was small but comfortable again with French doors out to a small terrace & garden and separate bathroom and walk in shower right next door The private drive and covered parking was fantastic. Located just a 5 min walk from the river for swimming . Lovely walk along the river on footpaths . Stunning location, quiet and peaceful
Negative: Just the second d bedroom was a bit small but totally comfortable and adequate , just compared to the master.
Summary: Home from home , stunning property

Positive:
Lovely location. Lovely layout and view from the kitchen. Super cozy. Great idea with all the windows upstairs to look at the lagoon. Great to go during off peak season, so quiet; it felt like we had the whole lagoon to ourselves.
Negative:
It took some getting used to having the bathrooms downstairs but it wasnt a deal breaker at all. Some more of the bottom branches of the trees on the lagoon side of the house should be trimmed to get a better view. Not sure if i missed it but i was hoping for a tumble-dryer as i had to wash my clothes. It took long to dry with the weather we had.
Summary: Peaceful and cozy.
