Summary: The advert on Hotels.com specifically talks about spa facilities, saunas, massages etc. There are NONE of these available AT the hotel; you have to go half a mile down the road to the local health club (which was amazing, by the way), but cost another £30 or so for the evening. It is misleading to suggest the Hotel itself has these amenities. And the restaurant closed earlier than the host told me. I wouldn't book again.

Summary: Nice hotel but large wedding was taking place and the hotel staff were very busy preparing so not all areas were accessible to non wedding guests.

Summary: The one thing we missed was a lift. When you come with crutches and are allocated to a first floor room a lift is a fairly basic assumption. There was definitely room for one.

Summary: Happy to return to this hotel after stopping 10 years previous. Conveniently situated and with no traffic noise with a good restaurant so more than happy to eat here, The only let down was the cooked part of breakfast which wasnt that good. Would happily stay here again to see more of the region or when travelling to Denmark for instance.

Summary: We had a nice stay. Very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was not as good as we remembered from earlier stays. Bread was dry. The pillows were no good - need to be upgraded.

Summary: The room was nice, big and clean. It seemed newly renovated with furniture, paint and bathroom. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children.
For the children's beds it would have been nice with a safety railing as the beds where clearly meant for children. Our kids both fell out during the night.
We had a room facing the street. The windows kept the noise outside, but we had to open them as the room got very hot at the evening as the room was facing the sunset. The blinds were very efficient and the room was blacked out.
Our main issue was the situation regarding the breakfast. When we arrived we were told that the breakfast was at 6.30 and the price for adults were 10 euro and for children 5 euro.
At 6.50 we arrived for breakfast only to find it closed. Some guests were already waiting and others arrived. We had all been told that the breakfast time was 6.30.
We located the kitchen staff, which told us that it was 7.30. One guest had had breakfast the day before at 6.30.
The breakfast was ok. The staff told us they were new, and it showed. The eggs were overcooked and blue and several trays were empty for too long time.
When we had to check out, the receptionist charged us 10 euro for the children and got angry when we said that we had been told another price.
This place need some better communication between the staff. Some people waiting for breakfast needed to catch a ferry and we all wanted to get on with travelling.
