Great place. Close to nature and very close to RMNP. A bit dated, but great location away from the noise of downtown Estes

Overall, the stay was fine. The room was clean and as described. Our unit had no written instructions for things like the TV and Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, etc. I use the contact number but the office was closed and I didn’t feel like leaving a message. The other big issue was that the fold out bed was not made, and was covered with a single sheet that was wrinkled and not clean. Clean sheets were available in the closet, but I was not pleased to have to make my own bed after stripping off this dirty sheet. The pillows in the closet were also in poor condition.

The room was spacious, hot tub was in great shape and was such an awesome perk. Kitchenette was well stocked and super close to the park entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no physical person on site to help you, no access to office. I reserved a room intentionally with a deck overlooking the mountains. It was billed as a "mountain view room" with a picture of that porch and 2 chairs. When I arrived the porch was a glorified doorstep and the picture for a different room. When I called the number given the person was not helpful at all. It was totally deceiving. In addition, everything in the room was super old, the cleaning scent was so strong it gave me a headache, and the tv didn't work. DO NOT STAY HERE. The ONLY good thing about it is that it is 1 mile from RMNP entrance.

Exceeded my expectations by far. The veiw, easy check in and out. Hot tub on the balcony! With the mountains in veiw. Spacious rooms with fireplace and even your own little kitchen

Outdated property way over priced for what you got. Booked one room that I paid for through your site and it was booked by another party. They had alternative room that I only found out the day we were to check in because of an email I received. Whole experience was disappointing.

Property location is the only reason this place is in business. housekeeping that is offered is apparently not guaranteed and even after you request per the rules before 9AM - you will not receive cleaning service. even after paying a premium rate, you have to take out your trash bc housekeeping is barely available and barely exists here. it seems like a very stingy operation so owner can make max profits. service needs improvement or lower the prices.

Great little self catered room with air fryer, electric fry pan, microwave, coffeemaker and communual gas grill. Guest laundry with change machine was perfect. Amazingly well set out. Easy access to national park but distance to town might suit everyone

Clean and spacious for the price, if a little dated. Excellent location. Self checkin so no interaction with staff.
