“My family and I have stayed at this location several times while visiting our daughter in college. This time the entrance/breakfast area was hot. The AC was broken and eating breakfast while sweating wasn’t it. The front desk clerk thought it was funny to argue with a guest and continued to say bye to him in different languages while laughing (she was on her phone the entire time on speaker). The pool was broken AGAIN it was last time too. The floors had not been vacuumed on the 4th floor and there were bits of trash all down the hallway. It’s always been a convenient stay for us but I will definitely reconsider this going forward.”

“Don’t trust the pictures! This property is run down & the upstairs halls & rooms smell like mildew! The pool hasn’t worked in months & they don’t seem to let anyone know this until they check in!”

“Pool and hot tub weren’t working room had broken floor tiles rusty chair chair had trash under cushions burned out bulb in lamp very low water pressure in shower hallways need to be vacuumed trash on floors”

“Hard looking for parking , did not have any towels or rug or small hand towels in room , had to go ask for some and was only given a certain amount. The room when we walked in smelled like a man was just in there . The bed looked like it was laid on . The pool was closed which was a disappointment. The downstairs was so hot , when eating breakfast we were sweating . Wouldn’t recommend this place .”

“Desk staff were not friendly. Refused 2:15 check-in. Lobby was hot and pool was closed with no forewarning.”

“The room was dusty. The air vents had a lot of dust. Hallway needs to be vacuumed. There was hair near my door. I was there for 4 days and the hair was still there when I left. My second room the door didn’t lock. Told the front desk. Was told they would fix it and never got fixed. That room vents were also very dusty. Never had a problem before. I have been coming here for 5 years and this is the first time any of this happened in our trip.”

“The lobby area was hot and humid. The room itself was not updated like the photos. The floor was slippery as well as the shower due to the type of cleaning chemicals used. The walls could definitely be repainted and needs an electrical upgrade as not all lights worked in the room either. Staff was helpful with check in and check out. Did not eat breakfast.”

“Significantly more run down than shown in the photos. Water pressure was an issue throughout the stay. Bed was uncomfortable. All I can say about breakfast, is that you get what you pay for. Would not stay again.”
