This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. *** Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
