Positive: It was very peaceful and spacious . We loved being able to walk to Masons Arms for supper , coming home by torch and moon light .
Kitchen well equipped but would have been good to have known about coffee machine as would have bought pods with us .
Easy access with key code .
Good heating when chilly at night .
Negative: I am not sure if dogs had been in property but my asthma was triggered by something when in the cottage .
We were told that there was a soda stream for sparkling water but both gas cylinders were empty. No batteries in remote for dvd player but didn’t bother us . Lights above hob didn’t work .
There was no hand soap in one of bathrooms .
No coffee pods for machine .
Summary: Overall enjoyable stay in peaceful setting .

Positive: Even though we had a few neighbours, due to the positioning of this property we had complete privacy and enjoyed peaceful evenings on the patio gazing at the surrounding countryside. The spacious kitchen is well equipped (soda stream/coffee machine/and appliances for every occasion). The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have good quality blackout curtains. Free parking on site.
Negative: We were there during some heat-wave weather so standing electric fans for the bedrooms would be appreciated.
Needs an electric iron to go with the ironing board under the stairs.
Full-length mirror somewhere in the house would be good.

A warm spacious cottage in a beautiful location with good parking. It was well equipped and the Bhutan theme was an additional intriguing feature of the property.
Negative:
On arrival at the property the Dyson vacuum cleaner was faulty. The dust cylinder was completely full and detached from the machine. It could not be reattached due to a non-functional catch.
The WiFi instructions in the folder were detailed, but outdated, with an incorrect password. Thankfully, we found the correct password inside the Guest Book while reading other visitors' comments.
There were no instructions for the use of the high quality microwave oven and in some cases the writing on the buttons was too worn to read.
Summary: A wonderful stay at a well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location!

The tranquil location was perfect after a day exploring. The views were spectacular allowing for beautiful sites during the day and excellent stargazing at night. The living area was spacious and perfect for 4 adults. The bathrooms and kitchen were well designed and put together.
Negative:
Electric hob (but that is personal preference). Loft room was nice but very warm for when we stayed, perhaps some better form of ventilation could be installed?

The view and location was very convenient. Close to lake Windermere.
Negative:
Microwave was very hard to use and didn't work properly. Oven wasn't very good either. It took 1.5hrs to cook oven chips.
