Wizard's Roost at Underhill Hollow  |  House in Rogers

The space
This is not a large space, although I have had people stay for a week or longer and given me great reviews. The farm itself offers plenty of room to stretch out. If you need a larger space please consider the SteamPunk Bunk House.

Other things to note
In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. (How does this save me money??? The alternative is that I include the $20 in the base price.) Please let me know either way. One Queen Size bed two smaller than twin beds.
I rarely carry my phone when I'm on the property, thus calling me is the least effective way of communicating.
Please use the Vrbo message thread or knock on my door if it's urgent. Once you get back, unwind on the balcony most units feature, or head down to the pool and fitness center for a change of scenery. Every suite comes with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and cashless, contactless self check-in via the virtual front desk. A private bathroom, single-room air conditioning, and a full kitchen are featured in every 42–91 m² suite or studio. King beds furnish the 1-bedroom suites, while studios pair a queen with a sofa bed, and select studios add a soaking bathtub. Full toiletries are stocked throughout, and thanks to the in-unit washer and dryer, you’ll be able to travel light.
