Enjoy a stylish experience. Two-room suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and a full private bath. Accommodate up to 4 adults. There is a private entrance to the suite. King bed, walk-in closet, and a dresser, side tables, ceiling fan w/ light, and a stand-alone airfilter. Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 separate vanities and standing shower.

The space
The bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, side tables, ceiling fan with light, and a stand alone air filter. The sitting room has a queen size murphy bed, a coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini-refrigerator, a coffee maker, dishes and utensils. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill style with 2 separate vanities and standing shower with amenities.
Incase you have allergies, we do have two dogs and an African Grey parrot. We keep the pets out of the guest rooms.
During your stay
My wife or I will generally be available, and will be happy to assist our guests in any way we can.

Our check in times are 3:00 to 10:00 pm.
We can be flexible about earlier or later check in times with advanced notice; however for check-ins after 12:00
midnight we ask for an additional $25.00 late check in fee.
The suite is not available for parties or other group events.
Our home is about 15 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport by car, 10 minutes from Old Town, and 10 minutes from the Balloon Park. We are well located for day trips to Santa Fe, Bandelier National Park, Acoma, and many other natural and historic sites in New Mexico.

This was such a cozy and well curated place to stay in ABQ. The host was absolutely wonderful. Great communication and so friendly! I love this place so much. I wish I actually got to stay longer as I was just visiting solo in the area for the day and evening. Would love to come back again. The bedroom was so comfortable. Incredible bathroom. Great communal living room area. Very awesome location.
Home was absolutely fabulous in every aspect except one. They had 2 big dogs who barked (and barked) off n on when host wasn't home. If you're not a dog-lover like me, then it could be pretty disruptive.
New, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!
