The staff at front desk was very helpful, Spanish and English smiling all the time and providing all the information 10 out 10 for the front desk

Hotel barely opened. Maybe just for the World Cup to price gauge people. So sad. No food places opened , elevators are horrible. Rooms are horrible

The hotel is unfinished, they rushed to open for the World Cup but left it incomplete. Our room was missing both night stands, no coffee maker, no chairs to sit, only one outlet in the middle of the room which was terrible to charge both of our phones, the bathroom dispensers fell from the wall during a shower, the floor was dirty from construction, the elevator floors were broken, the restaurant had terrible boxed food, the staff tried to justify but the food was old. The hotel offered a shuttle service to MetLife, they told us the shuttle would leave by 4pm, we didn’t leave until after 4:30pm and couldn’t enjoy the pre game, the pick up was different than the drop off points but no one knew, we walked for over 2 hours and luckily found the shuttle. Terrible experience, bad construction and finishes, the staff was friendly and I feel sorry for them having to deal with all the frustration, it wasn’t just us, it was every guest we spoke. DONOT give them your money, there are so many other options around

Place was brilliant

Parking was great and the room was beautiful. The location was perfect! There were a few small things that need to be attended to. The toilet paper roll holder was broken as well as one of the handles on the closet. There was no soap in the shower dispenser and the toilet kept making a hissing noise, (almost like flushing but not as loud), all night. Luckily, none of these things was a dealbreaker. My stay was very nice, otherwise.

two different rooms we checked in to were not cleaned yet, though the staff was willing to accommodate and upgraded us to a city view room, though it wasn’t much different. The water in the showers took 10+ minutes to heat up, and when it finally did it only last a few minutes. no water available to drink aside from the tap water and the night time staff was not as accommodating and truly didn’t seem to care that the vending machines did not work and took my money.

We booked a room to get away for a relaxing night without kids for our anniversary and it was the worst stay ever! The couple next door were arguing, screaming at the top of their lungs from 1am-4am for every hour on the hour and kept slamming their room door. We called the front desk but when they came up to check it out the couple would stop because the other person left the room after slamming the door. We were not able to get a relaxing night at all! The view was so nice, the room was nice as well and the staff was nice also but the experience was a negative!!!!!!!!! The couple started arguing again in the hallway around 7:30 in the morning. I woke up more tired than I do when I’m home with my kids.
