The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Breakfast was enjoyable, with freshly made beef noodles and wonton soup, along with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. “The staff are so welcoming and went above and beyond. Really helped my wife out with medical needs. So polite and willing to help. The breakfast was fresh and veried. Traditional Chinese foods but also some normal breakfast items to keep kids happy. Also provide an afternoon tea with traditional treat but also have popcorn and candy floss. A great addition. The best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this for anyone to try. Worth every penny”

“The reviews were correct. This is a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. It is a very small, quaint, and immaculately cared for hotel. The rooms have very traditional and modern elements that work very nice. If only I spoke Chinese to use the automation. The highlight were the staff of the hotel. They were unbelievably attentive, kind, genuine and helpful. The answer was always yes. We were leaving early for a tour and they opened breakfast early for us. After check out we left our luggage to walk around before coming back to leave to the airport. They invited us to tea time before we left, even though we were checked out. Small, but impactful efforts. My wife said it was the best stay she has ever experienced in all our travels. ”
