“This beautiful small boutique hotel is a gem of a place to stay in a beautiful little fishing village just outside Rethymno. We were warmly welcomed at reception. Our room was perfect with quality furniture, fittings and bathroom products. Breakfast was a delight. All fresh home made products. Very tasty in a lovely relaxed environment either in the garden or balcony over looking the street. Would def stay again if returning to Crete”

“Z Boutique is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. The moment we stepped through the door to greeted by Nike it felt special. The architecture of this old, family home is beautiful with such lovely attention to detail. The furniture, some of which belonged to the owner's grandparents, is perfect for the homely atmosphere. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were varied and delicious. Nike, the manager, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We hope to return soon.”

“Z-boutique is a lovely, very quiet owner operated 7 room hotel in downtown Panormo with ample common areas including a generous living room, semi-private patios and a little pool area. The rooms, breakfast and staff are wonderful. Everything is impeccable and pleasing. Panormo itself turned out to be a great choice mostly free of large chain hotels, nice restaurants and two sand beaches with exciting additional options nearby.”

“My daughter and I stayed 5 nights at this little gem. Everything was perfect! The rooms are not large, but well equipped with good closet space. Good bathrooms. Irini is a good host who makes sure you always have everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic, with homemade delicacies. I can highly recommend a stay here!”

“Amazing small boutique hotel (7 rooms) 2 mins away from the beach and restaurants. Was offered to freely choose our room as the hotel surprisingly wasn’t fully booked. Cozy garden with a few sun beds and a small pool, perfect is you don’t fancy going to the beach. Free beach towels available (you pay a deposit which you get back when you return the towel). You can’t get more boutique than this!”

“This is a small boutique hotel ideally located along the cobbled streets of the village. Great stay, wonderful hospitality, small but very personal and friendly service. Irina was very welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. There was a small garden with terrace and pool, plus a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, and a small indoor lounge. Several different room options, and all well appointed. We were very happy with the service at Z boutique and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a small centrally located place and wanting personal, friendly service.
