Just a few metres from Instow Beach, the property offers bright and airy accommodation for up to nine guests enjoying a long-awaited reunion or family celebration. With views out towards the estuary, this imaginatively updated retreat has been elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated, making a wonderfully relaxing hideaway for walkers, beach fans and nature lovers discovering the area’s glorious coastline.
Entering the villa, the lounge has a Smart TV, plenty of seating. French doors to the patio, making a sweet, relaxing space for everyone to get together and chat about the day. The stylishly designed kitchen/diner provides a great spot for preparing and sharing family feasts and celebratory meals. Upstairs, the first floor features a refreshing bathroom and four light, spacious and cheerful bedrooms: three delightful king-size rooms (one with an en-suite shower room), and a pretty triple with bunk beds and single bed. Stepping outside, a large patio runs along the length of the villa, with shallow steps leading up through terraced borders to a raised patio with garden furniture, providing a charming spot for sitting back and watching sunsets over the sea.
Close to the meeting point of the Rivers Taw and Torridge, the villa is a great base for exploring Instow, Appledore, Bideford and Westward Ho! (all within 5 miles). Instow is known for its lovely sandy beach, and lies at the end of the popular Tarka Trail. Other local attractions include The BIG Sheep, Tapeley Park, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the traditional coastal village of Clovelly, all within 14 miles.
