Positive: Large comfortable studio with kitchen facilities, en-suite shower room, in the popular area of Uplands, close to shops, bars and restaurants.
Negative: The entrance and hallway doesn’t do the standard of the rooms justice and could do with improvement, but once inside the studio it is very comfortable and good value for money.
Only complaint- the tv wasn’t working very well.

Positive: Host was responsive and very helpful with parking and directions. Keys were easy to collect, self-checking was handy for my late arrival.
Negative: Situated in an old house, very squeaky floor boards, old bed, old kitchen, refurbished shower, could hear the other tenants speaking through the wall. Unfortunately it was below my expectations, the facilities were just okay, bed linen not fresh, it was okay for one night. Not recommended.
Summary: I cannot recommend this property.
