Conveniently located within 5 mins of MTR station, with nice staff
Negative:
Rooms were small and tight, and it is also very dimly lit. Rooms have a musky smell and the toilet is not very clean. Will not recommend this for the price.
Water dispenser in the room is not maintained, water comes out with a strong rusty smell. Unpleasant experience.

Location was very good. Metro Station, Bar quarter and cafes for breakfast are easy to reach by foot. Service especially at the reception was very friendly! I was allowed to check in 2 h earlier. The staff also showed me the fastest way to the metro personally.
The free umbrellas were very useful in the heavy rain.
If you have a room in a higher level, the view is amazing. 10 th floor was a bit too hides by the houses around.
Summary: Very comfortable accommodation for a short Hong Kong visit.
