Positive: The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5 people and is adapted for skiers as it includes a ski storage room. The property has parking available. The apartment is warm during the winter season.
Negative: The property is located quite far from the center - about 20-25 minutes on foot from the downtown area. Unfortunately, the location is behind a guesthouse, making it hard to find. It is not close to any ski lift, so a ski bus or car is necessary. Unfortunately, contacting the owner was difficult during check-in, as she did not respond to messages before check-in. Information was only received less than an hour before check-in. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out at 9 AM, but the owner is not flexible with these times. Despite our requests for a slight extension, she reluctantly agreed to a 30-minute extension for check-out. A deposit of 100 EUR is required at the property, and upon checkout, despite having cleaned the apartment ourselves, the owner declared a 50 EUR cleaning fee, which was not mentioned in the conditions. This leaves a negative impression regarding her honesty. Additionally, the rooms appear to be larger in the photos than they actually are.
