“We were staying at a place in Sayulita that turned out to be a poor fit for us. My wife found this hotel, and Avela was able to get a room for us for the last two nights of our visit. Daniel and his team at the front desk, and the restaurant, were tremendous. Very friendly and super helpful. They even allowed us the use of the pool for a couple of hours after we checked out, and before our ride to the airport showed up. Very accommodating, the rooms were great, much appreciated!”

“Daniel and Ama were very great and gave good recommendations for around town. Our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was great, and best of all was the pool area. I do recommend having a golf cart while there, but they can assist with rentals and there’s enough parking/chargers. Overall great stay and would recommend! ”

“This place is amazing. The staff is so helpful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool and the jacuzzi are very nice. Breakfast and lunch were also really good. Highly recommend!”

“We have stayed at this hotel many, many times but each time we visit it gets worse and worse. During this visit the hot water did not work and we had to endure cold showers. We were assured it was fixed, it wasn’t.
The pool was absolutely filthy (nothing like in the photos where it looks crystal clear).
It is full of old bugs and all kinds of things at the bottom of the pool. I even saw a black water beetle swimming about!!!!
It's cloudy and gross. I would never get in it.
It's starting to get very run down, very little amenities (no microwave, no kettle, tiny little tv)
It certainly is not a 4 star hotel imo.
We used to be loyal customers. Having no hot water and the pool being so filthy was the final straw. We won't be back.”

“Beautiful, small, prívate boutique hotel. Exactly how you would want a boutique to be. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Breakfast very good. Even with it being a bit away from town, will definitely be back. ”
