The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a simple, affordable, and well-maintained place to stay, I highly recommend Beaver Falls Motel. It's a fantastic value.”

“Not what I was expecting ”

“It wasn’t clean, has black mold in the shower. Very inconvenient to get to, and unsafe as the door locks didn’t work properly”

“My standards for a hotel are probably lower than most. I can deal with outdated as long as a place is clean. The heater worked and there was running water. Pluses. But, there was hair on the shower wall. Not just one but a clump. We chose not to shower there. Dirt on the floor. No blanket, only a sheet and bedspread. Towels so thin that if I were at home, I’d use them as rags. And washcloths were meant to be white but were more of a dingey gray. Spend another $25 and sleep somewhere clean. ”
