“This was our 4th or 5th time at this Best Western Plus. We had a great view from our window of the river, bridge and thunderstorm.
Something changed since our last visit. The bed frames are painted black and stick out a couple of inches, at least, below the mattress. My shins are still sore from hitting the corners while going around the bed. Also, but not as painful, the curtains are so stiff that making them stay closed to shut out light is impossible.
It’s too bad. The hotel is in a convenient location and is right on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.
Warning: don’t order the carrot cake!”

“We've stayed at quite a # of Best Western Plus hotels, and this one is definitely one of the better ones. It feels like a "plus" - in addition to the clean rooms and common areas, there was a nice (free) coffee bar where guests could customize decaf/caffeinated drop coffee or lattes. Bar was open late and didn't feel empty/sad. Great location with a close walk to the river's edge.”

“Wasn't thrilled with check in staff. He told me I wouldn't be happy with the room I wanted because it was a pet friendly room and they dont clean it that well compared to the others. I knew that I asked for pet friendly because I wanted to walk out onto the grass. He said I would be back to switch out to 2nd floor and that was ok. The room was fine, no issues. Just irritated me that he would say something like that and put in your head that you are not staying in a clean room. Room was dated but just fine. Maybe upgrade the bed.”

“Luv the outdoor hot tub. Having a room with direct access to the parking lot is great. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is great. The bar and food also great. Will def stay again!”
