“This was our 3rd time staying here. The place kinda look run down. We were situated on the 1st floor and really didn’t like it one bit. The room has this musty smell and the bathroom was a bit small. I think they have a new owner and staffs were not as friendly as it was. Overall, it was ok. ”

“I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in the Poconos. Overall, it was a decent experience — rooms were ok, friendly front desk staff, and a convenient location near local attractions. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast options were better than expected for a mid-range hotel.
That said, the walls were super thin — I could hear my next-door neighbor crashing around for about three hours between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., which made it hard to get proper rest 😒. If you’re a light sleeper, that might be something to keep in mind.
Aside from the noise issue, the stay was okay for a short trip, but I’d probably explore other options next time.”
