Positive: It is small yes, but extremely good value for money compared to other properties in the area, especially for a short stay where we weren't going to be in our rooms for very long.
It was very clean and fresh with new furniture, clean sheets, a comfy bed, good lighting and great wifi.
My room (4A) was good for one person; my parents had a larger room and bed (4B) and as it was on the ground floor, safer for my dad who isn't too steady on his feet.
I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in Bexhill.
Negative: The bathroom in the smaller room was a tight squeeze and the shower unit was a little tatty (but still very usable - good hot water pressure). It's a little spooky outside late at night as it's off-road, behind the shops but definitely not enough of an issue to put me off staying there again.
Summary: If you're after a clean, no frills place at a great price, this place is perfect.

Positive:
It was clean. It was compact. The host was patient with all my questions, I tend to ask a lot.
Everything worked, Wifi reception was excellent. Plenty of electrical sockets. Central position.
As we only really needed somewhere to store our belongings and sleep it was ideal.
I never give anywhere 10 as I feel there is always room for improvement.
Liked the way it was decorated. In a quiet area, which is an added bonus for me.
Negative:
We could hear the people in the flat above us. I am a light sleeper, luckily they settled down quite quickly and my earplugs are very good. We had problems finding it, but once we searched for the Premier supermarket we located it easily. Parking in the area is a bit hit and miss we discovered somewhere pretty local where we could park for free.
A tea towel would have been handy and one of the mugs had a small chip in it. This is me being picky.
Summary: Accommodation as expected, host was lovely. Would stay here again.

I have stayed in many apartments here. I like them all that I’ve stayed in very close to the beach. I have a granddaughter that lives just round the corner so it’s very convenient for me to visit her and have a nice time by the beach.
Summary: Roberto is a very helpful manager

No tea towel and bedside lamps didn’t work which made it a bit awkward when going to bed.
