“Was sunny in kitchen lounge diner but was very warm even with blinds shut so had the fan on nearly all the time. Hot tap in kitchen sink rattles so think it air in pipe. I slept in utility room but smoke alarm kept flashing green all night. Put you up bed was OK but not strong enough for big people. Shower leaked on back corner was conserned for lady on ground floor if leaked into her flat, she was very good. Apart from the few probs would stay again.”

“The apartment is up a small flight of stairs, but has stairlift for the elderly/disabled. The size exceeded my expectation, every room is large. The living area is also the dining area, so to speak, with a large table that would easily accommodate 6 adults. The TV has freesat, which was handy as I could turn on CBeebies to distract the kids. The two main bedrooms were huge, one with an ensuite. There is a bathroom that has a fully working bath to wash the kids. The heating works quickly. There is a dishwasher and washing machine that are perfectly functional, as well as a large fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, air-fryer and associated crockery and cutlery. Location wise, it's walking distance to the sea-side, including it's famous dinosaur prints, it's close to a sainsburys and an all-night garage. There is a beautiful local fox who pops into the garden now and then. The road to Gatwick, for drivers is very direct and quick, while I'd say its less than 10 minutes walk from the Bexhill train station.”
