“I can’t say enough good things about this B&B and Jen. We stayed in the Sunflower Suite and it was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom was bigger than expected and very nice. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was so peaceful.
Jen was so knowledgeable about the area and had so many amazing recommendations of all sorts of things to do. From food to hiking, entertainment, museums, towns, etc.
Breakfast was great both mornings we were there and the coffee was delicious.
We will definitely be back again! ”

“My husband and I just had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Black Walnut. It was our first experience at a Bed & Breakfast and not knowing what to expect we were very pleasantly surprised. The hospitality provided by Jen, the innkeeper, was top notch as she was incredibly friendly and full of great information and local tips. Her homemade breakfast each morning was delicious, and the room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. We would absolutely stay here again if in the area!”
