“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was fantastic – the food was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Our room, with a partial sea view, was perfect, especially in the morning with the lovely sunlight streaming in. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, just what we were hoping for. We also really enjoyed the cozy pool area and the great atmosphere there. The bar served delicious drinks, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. A special mention to the front staff, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay – they truly made a difference. We would definitely love to come back!”

“My stay was marvellous. I added my boyfriend to the stay but he couldn’t make it due to documentation and I had completely forgot about it, upon arrival the room was decorated with rose petals and a fruit hamper style plate which I LOVED. I really appreciated the touch even though my boyfriend couldn’t make it, this helped put a smile on what was a disastrous day. All the ladies at reception well kind, helpful and accommodating. I can not wait to visit again and this time for longer. ”

“It is a beautiful hotel with the most fantastic view and our junior suite was also great. Food was below average - breakfast was not of a high standard and one morning they were out of juice!! BUT our biggest concern was the the limitation of speaking English. Reunion is telling everybody, that they want to be a tourist island and then it is not good enough, that a hotel of Boucan Canot level have so few people, that speak English - I had a feeling, that we were second rank tourist, because we don't speak French. It is ok to be proud of the French language, but it is a general problem on all French destinations - they think, that French is a world language, but it is NOT!! If they want to welcome English spoken tourist, all staff should be trained in English.”

“Excellent hotel, very relaxing, lovely staff, great location, spacious family room and delicious food and drinks. We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four (1adult and three teenagers aged 15-17). The pool could be heated a little more but otherwise, everything was perfect!”

“Perfectly and beautifully located hotel in Boucan Canot, right next to the beach and with a nice pool area and outdoor areas. Our room had a good balcony with a fantastic view and was overall nice and clean. However, the room could use an update in some areas. Due to this and due to the fact that most of the staff in the reception had a hard time communicating in English and not being as servie minded that one can expect from a four star establishment, the hotel does not get the highest score from us. (Also, a minibar in the room would be nice!)”
