Bradley Boulder Inn | Bed & Breakfast in Central Boulder, Colorado

“The highlight of this hotel was the breakfast and proximity to Pearl Street. Coffee is limited in the lobby, so do not rely on it. We reserved a king room, received two double beds. The beds were uncomfortable. Cookies in the lobby on Friday were burnt. The room was freezing. When we updated the temperature, it felt like an oven. The a/c leaked and made sounds. Saturday morning, my husband showered and walked into the room to change and found too men on the room right out our window. They stayed there the entire day. No privacy and hearing them talk. It was uncomfortable to be in the room, even with blinds closed. The shower went from freezing to scolding hot. Some staff were nice, others seemed to hide. I would not recommend or stay again. They charge $25 a night for parking, which is not mentioned on their site. It is in an alley, so delivery vans will block you in.”

“A really great location if you want to be a short walk from the Pearl Street Mall. It’s a B&B so every room is unique and historic. The rooms are dated, but that’s expected in a historic house. Parking is available for $25 per night. The buffet breakfast was above average. Clean and comfortable.”

“Beautiful cozy room. The room was clean and the best was comfortable m. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wanted to walk around on our check out day and they were kind to hold on to the chocolates I purchased so they wouldn’t melt while we were walking. The breakfast was delicious. My only small complaint is we were in the first floor room next to the dining area and could hear everything happening there from late night ice run to the morning breakfast prep. It wasn’t horrible just not great if you are a light sleeper.”

“With only 12 rooms, the facility is quiet (no children allowed) and well-maintained with a polite staff. It has a bed-and-breakfast vibe and is conveniently located in downtown Boulder. Price of accommodation was reasonable.”
