Summary: Hosted by the lovely Wendy, it was all a charming experience which I would recommend. She even walked back from the pub to let me in when it became obvious I hadn’t read the ‘joining instructions’ properly. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean and I wanted for nothing. Full cooked breakfast was yummy with proper local ingredients, and getting to know my fellow guests was really fun. An all-too rare occurrence these days. True, it turned out we all had common interests that weekend, but far better than staying in an anonymous hotel. And, they allow helicopters to land in the back garden. Recomended.
