“Very small rooms. No elevator. Incorrect info given about viewing Magna Carta at the cathedral so we missed it! Insufficient staff for check in- a line to do this. Very slow to clean tables ob communal ( nice) terrace.”

“Always good to stay here, nice rooms, free parking and great location. A lovely 15 minute walk into the city centre.
Could really do with a decent coffee machine in the room. And a local beer on tap, other than love this place”

“Adorable and quaint boutique hotel beautifully located on a little creek. Staff was very pleasant and stay was perfe t for a night before our cruise out of Southampton. Breakfast was perfect and parking was right in front of hotel.. Try and get a riverview stay if you can!”

“Friendly and helpful staff. We parked easily at the hotel and the receptionist ordered us a taxi. On our return we were shown to our rooms which were clean, bright and comfortable. The shuttle bus into Salisbury was a great idea and the driver was lovely. We had a drink in the hotel bar, again the staff were very helpful.
After a good nights sleep in the comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel setting is beautiful too, sadly it was too cold and wet to sit on the terrace but it would be fantastic on a warm summers day.”
