Fantastic little findaway from the crowds obly 20minsbut very peaceful, pool is small but with very few guests absolutely fine. Room was very clean and ow ers were very friendly

Loved the small, quiet hotel with beautiful views down the valley. Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us wonderful tips to help us plan our sightseeing. We really liked all their recommendations. The room was very clean, wi-fi worked great, and if you wanted to eat a meal down in their dining area, they arranged for a cook to make a very nice meal. Loved their pesto lasagna, as well as the other dishes we tried. The road up to the hotel from the coast isn't that far, but parts are narrow. We got used to the road once we had driven it. The hotel is very near the caves (Grotte di Toirano), which were well worth touring.

We had such an amazing stay. The hosts are wonderful and will recommend our friends and familly to spend a couple nights there

The hotel is located in a small nice village nested in the hills of the ligurian appennine. The accommodation is very good and the location is very beautiful. All this was accompanied by a pleasant chat during breakfast with the owners Cristina and Raimondo, who have travelled the world and have a lot of interesting stories to say ...

A lovely hotel with only 9 rooms up in the hills but still only 20 mins from the coast. We were greeted on arrival by the super owners Christina and Raimundo who were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. The pool and terrace was a peaceful place to relax and keep cool! If you want more exercise there are plenty of lovely walks and beautiful villages to visit. Our room was spotless and had a balcony with fabulous views. Although no air con in rooms there is a ceiling fan which is ok as long as not too hot. Meals were taken on the terrace. Dinner being available for hotel guests only. Breakfast was continental with lots of homemade pastries and as much coffee/tea as you wanted. Throughout the day Christina was always available to make drinks as required. More genial hosts would be hard to find. Raimundo and Christina speak more or less fluent English, French, German, and Italian of course! (Possibly other languages as well!) We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights in this lovely hotel and hope to return soon.

A really nice hotel. The couple that owned was very friendly and helpfull. Though it was a small hotel the food was really good. Fore sure a place we would like to come back to.

We stayed several nights in July. The location was ideal for both the mountains and the coast. We appreciated having a restaurant on-site during the evenings, which was especially great with children who could go back to the room as needed. The food was also very good! The pool was big enough to paddle around in and play, and the outdoor area was very pleasant. Our room had a balcony and window in the bathroom, which made it possible to have a breeze through the room (no AC). The town was quiet, but also had a few restaurants and an excellent olive oil store. We would absolutely return.

Super nice owners who welcomed guests wholeheartedly. We got lost on the way and the owners were trying all they could to help us, include checking our car and giving us directions to Switzerland and Germany. Hotel is quietly located on mountain. Charming atmosphere. You need to have a car to get to this place though. Overall we were very happy with the service and would certainly recommend to those who can drive and have cars. Hospitality here was the best we received in many places in Italy.
