“We had a fantastic experience staying in this charming treehouse with our family. It's a handcrafted place with lots of character, yet it’s very well equipped – there's electricity, running water, and even a bathroom with hot water, which was a big plus. The beds were really comfortable, and we all slept very well. One of the highlights was the lovely tour the owner gave us around the property. We got to meet all the animals – donkeys, rabbits, goats, chickens, and geese – which our kids absolutely loved. There’s also a small lake where you can fish and a pool to cool off in, making the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay in nature!”

“Wow! Wow! Wow! This quirky, little place completely stole our hearts ♥️ My little boy was gutted we had to leave and said he'll never forgot this place or Yves- the farmer! 🥰 When we arrived we were invited into his home for beers around his kitchen table and he told us how he built the treehouse all by himself and the zip wires. Breakfast was delivered each morning to the treehouse in a basket where we ate it in the treetops- totally magical! There was enough food for breakfast, lunch and tea! Our children loved being able to wander around the farm, feeding the animals and the zip wire and pool were a big hit with them both! ”

“We had the best experience at the Cabane dans les arbres. Our car broke down when we were 20km from arriving and the hosts came to pick us up, even though it was very late. They supported us (the parents) with food and moral support the next day while we were on the phone with the rental car company. Meanwhile, the kids had the best day of their lives swimming and on the property's zipline. The tree house itself was cozy, with a copious breakfast (as described by others) and everything was perfect.”

“A fantastic stay, started by then extremely hospitable hosts inviting us into their home for a beer/ soft drink to get everything arranged. Our 2 children loved the experience of staying in a real tree house. We unfortunately didn’t have time to make use of Yves pool as offered but the grounds and animals made for a lovely stay. The whole thing was topped off by a fantastic breakfast provided in a basket that Yves delivered to us and lifted up to the treehouse with a pulley system. It was filled with fresh bread, pastries, jams, eggs, meats, cheese, yoghurts, juice and anything you could ever ask for. We will definitely return and hopefully stay for longer next time! ”

“ A very friendly welcome to a magical treehouse in beautiful gardens. It was lovely to eat dinner and breakfast amongst the birds in the trees. Breakfast was particularly special, delivered in a basket on a rope straight up to the treehouse, with so much delicious food,! Our kids loved the pool and the animals on site too. “Absolutely stunning location and quirky accommodation. Owners were super friendly and helpful. Showed us round and how things worked along with explaining about the grounds and the swimming pool they had, which they allowed us to use. Plenty of animals to see, with very talkative donkeys. Treehouse itself is wonderful and great to stop with kids or if you want a weekend stay away somewhere cosy with your significant other. Breakfast was delivered the following morning via the hand winch outside and the bell rung to tell us it was there. Croissants, bread, selection of cheeses, homemade jams, coffee, tea and fresh juices. Can't recommend this place enough! ”

“A lovely and fun place for a 2 night getaway in the treehouse at La Semondiere. The grounds, the animals, the small swimming pool and the zip wire were perfect for us. La cabane is amazing and the experience of a breakfast brought to you in the tree was excellent. There was a great variety of food delivered and a lot of it! Yves and Marie Celine are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home straight away. Will definitely come back to this quiet place in the Mayenne. Thanks for a relaxing stay. ”
