“Was there on business, the hotel was ideal for my needs, staff were courteous and pleasant, reception staff helped me with early checkouts and couldn't have been nicer. Over all a good experience.”

“Front desk staff were delightful, helpful and welcoming Breakfast waiter was more interested in clearing tables than bringing us coffee. He actually cleared my plate while I was still seated, dropping utensils in my lap. In general he was unfriendly and rude. Otherwise breakfast was fine.”

“We stayed an extra night because it was so comfortable and secure. The Outer Hebrides are marvelous and Calaidh is the best location from which to see the Isle of Lewis.”
