“I wish this place existed years ago! I did a lot of comparison shopping for our trip and the price here was so reasonable...a downtown hotel room was not in our budget or worth it.
Casa De La Vina was great due to 1. Brand new and so clean 2. Free parking 3. A five minute walk to State Street 4. All basic amenities included, good quality 5. Quiet 6. Comfy bed and pillows 7. Easy self-check-in
Suggestion: Provide a property map that shows where each room is in relation to roads, the parking lot, and street access to help guests decide which room suits them.”

“We were very happy with the studio room with king bed. Very clean and modern and pretty and had a microwave and hot pot for breakfast making (bonus...popcorn was included). Also love the rooftop deck for hanging out and relaxing before walking into town.
We walked to State street for dinners (abundant selection) and walked to the beach too.
The property is beautiful, the communication flowed and the location was perfect for us (we like to walk into town). Plenty of parking too.
We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend.”
