“This place is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants on State Street in Santa Barbara. My daughter and I stayed there for her UCSB orientation (about 10 minutes up the 101) and it was perfect. We'll be back.”

“I ran luxury hotels for over 10 years and II have had nothing but bad experiences renting personal properties. But this property knocked it out of the park. I had some of the best sleep of my life. The betting the amenities, everything was excellent. My only minor minor detail was the floors were pretty dusty and there was scheduled road work in the area. Otherwise, I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend, and we'll definitely be using this property. The service and company in my visit. ”

“We enjoyed the location of this unit. We walked to star bucks each morning and also to dinners in the evening. Parking was not an issue. We contacted management a couple times and they were very quick to respond to our needs.”

“The room looked newly furnished and clean. Our cat enjoyed looking out the large front window and horizontal window above the bed. It was a tad noisy since it's on the ground floor, but weather sealing the door should help with that. Great location.”
