It's a great spot if you are traveling around the lake, it's very close to the boat dock and the main area of San Marcos.
Negative:
It's still under construction in some spots but that was not too bad
Summary: Very easy and pleasant. A nice comfortable bed and clean place to stay

The property is just 50 days old when we visited , it’s a brand new construction. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable . There is a full shared kitchen if you want to cook . Manager and family lives in the property, so any help is available immediately.
Negative:
You need to get down 45 steps from road level to access the property, it can be hard with heavy luggage .
