“The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work when we first arrived. Otherwise it was in a very central location in town and is a beautiful tropical oasis.”

“Communication before check in was good but axwell was unable to meet us at the boat launch like was initially planned so I am really glad I watched the YouTube tutorial on how to get the Sarnai.
Pros: clean room, filtered drinking water, flushable toilet paper toilets, hot showers, great onsite yoga, fun communal/zen vibe, has the necessities for cooking, close walking to main area
Cons: difficult to find the 1st time, you don’t have a view of the lake/volcanoes, (maybe from rooftop areas but rooms do not) ”
