“Place was amazing. The drive from Orvieto is slow narrow roads uphill for 30-45 min. Then full stop……….. the place is an incredible castle with amazing views and surroundings. Living back in ancient Roman days. What a castle and fortress. The staff were great. The grounds and views amazing especially sunset and sun rise. Dinner was incredible experience - big group dinner for all guests services on platters in an ancient dining area. 6-8 courses ( depending how you break it up) and very reasonable price for lots of wonderful Local prepared food. - pastas and meats and chacquertie. Their own grown wine is very good and affordable. Breakfast was amazing and had so much variety of fresh and hot - healthy and comfort. The castle was quite something. Room had all amenities and nothing to complain about. Should we come back to this region - we would come back for sure. I write a long review as they are very important to me. Of you took time to read mine. This is a 10 of 10 place and you would love this place if what I say matters to you ! ”
