“Overall, our stay was average, but there were several disappointing points. Although Booking.com stated that check-in starts at 2:00 PM, the reception staff informed us that check-in was at 3:00 PM. They even made it seem as if allowing us to check in at 2:00 PM would be a complimentary early check-in, which was confusing and misleading. Some of the reception staff were also quite indifferent and not particularly helpful. Another disappointment was that nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that our room would be located in the basement. It was labeled as "First Floor," but in reality it was on level -1. Even the elevator goes to -1 when you press the button for the first floor, which felt misleading. On the positive side, the restaurant staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Since it was my birthday, the hotel kindly surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the stay had both positive and negative aspects, but the lack of transparency regarding the room location and the inconsistent service at reception were the biggest drawbacks.”
