Great location, easy to check-in and check-out, friendly and flexible host, lovely apartment...could don't have asked for a better experience.

Cathy was very accommodating. Our travels were delayed and we were traveling with elderly. We were welcomed without any issues easing our anxiety. The home was in a perfect location and the town is adorable!

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location

Apartment is located in the city center, you can walk to everything easily. We had a car but only used it for trips to champagne houses outside of Épernay. Our host was wonderful, explained everything (that you google translate) We will book again when in Épernay knowledge of Fr

This apartment is exactly what we expected. Perfect location, well decorated, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and we were greeted by Cathy with a smile and instructions. Two of us got sick so the location of the pharmacy and grocery store within the block was a relief. Also, the bedrooms were so cozy, it helped in our healing. I totally recommend her place for a visit to this city.

A very homely apartment. From the start the booking process was easy and I found Cathy very easy to communicate with. The apartment was very clean and had all that we required and more. It was in a great location and the secure car spot was very convenient. I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Cathy was a very accommodating host who made sure we had all we needed as well as information about the area.

This VRBO apartment was perfect for us. The owner met us to help us get into the building and also gave us some very helpful recommendations for our stay in Epernay. We were using a Google translate to communicate but that worked out just fine. You can walk to all of the chateaus on Champagne Avenue so enjoy your tastings and you do not have to drive. As advertised, the rental comes with it's own safe, secure parking inside under the building. The furnishings and bedding were very nice. We sat out on the small balcony our final night sipping some champagne and eating chocolate from a nearby shop. If we ever come back to Epernay we will stay again.

I can’t say enough good things about Cathy’s home. We feel fortunate to have found it. We visited Reims and Epernay champagne houses using this as home base. Culinary choices are close by and extraordinary. Be sure to book restaurants ahead if you can. Cathy thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We can’t wait to return! Merci

This is a nice appartment, walking distance to all interesting places in Epernay. Good for two couples or a family and has all you need for a vaccation. Cathy is a very glad and welcomming host.
