“there was no way to secure the door from the inside, someone walked in on my wife while I was outside. the toilet seat was broken but functional. the pool was out of order and there where wood pallets in parking places. you had to park further away than necessary.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean but this an older hotel. TV has Roku but can’t get a TV channel from a local station. Wi-Fi worked great.”

“Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Strange way to check in. There isn’t any staff at check in. They send you a key code by text msg. Our first code didn’t work and had to call and get a second code. Breakfast was really limited and wasn’t ready at 7am as it was supposed to be. It was closer to 8am.”

“They charged my card on file 2 days before my stay, which I had the stay set to “pay at property” and when I called them about this their response is we always charge the card on the day the reservation is made, I then said I set it up 2 weeks prior and then they said they do it 2 days in advance to make sure funds are available. And then we got there and there is no one ever there. You call a number for assistance. The room itself was great! No complaints there! But breakfast was supposed to be available between 7:00am-10:00am and yet at 7:09am as we were leaving, the counter was EMPTY! So in the end, to pay $151 for a one night stay, it wasn’t worth it!! We have paid half that at other locations in the area and had staff available on site for any questions & breakfast they started setting up about 10-15 mins before it was to start!”

“Refrigerator didn’t work the majority of time we were there. Heat lamp in Bathroom didn’t work the majority of the time. Bed was to hard for our liking ”
