“The location of the apartment is good, as is the laundry facility. Unfortunately accessing the apartment was not smooth as we were not sent information in advance. In addition, there was no name on our apartment door so we did not know which one was ours. Our main issue was that the apartment was dirty. The fridge was not clean and the freezer was still full of food. The saucepans had not been cleaned properly and there was a lack of basics (spoons, bowls, a kettle). There is also no TV access - only WiFi (very good) and a TV for Netflix.”

“Very communicative host- we realized we didn’t have our check in instructions but were easily able to reach our host. Laundry is not inside all the apartments but is present on the property. Would be awesome to have some towel hooks inside the bathroom for our bigger towels but otherwise had everything we needed!”

“Great location to downtown with plenty of space. We were supposed to receive check in instructions 24 hrs prior to check in but didn't. When we arrived I needed to hunt you the number to call to receive those instructions.
Bedding was sparse with no extra linens to supplement the spare pillows and blankets. Only 2 towels provided and no toiletries.”

“Loved everything about the property, it's a very nice, cozy 2-bedroom apartment. Very quick responses from the host. Only dislike was the back entrance being so close to dumpsters that were overflowing with trash, and additional trash left on sides of dumpsters. ”
